Pete and Joan Garrett know a thing or two about RVing. The couple, who hail from a little town in Tennessee called Maryville, spent 11 years on the road full time after they retired.
Ask Pete Garrett what defines a great campground, and he’s got plenty of ideas. “When you pull into a campground, what you see right away is the first thing. If there’s a bunch of junky campers, cars jacked up, junk around, that’s not where you want to be.”
